amazing property decorated with style, gorgeous views, peaceful. hosts are very attentive, friendly and communicative. i just regret having booked the house for 2 nights only when pico deserves several days to be visited. kids enjoyed the hammocks. Something important: very fast internet access! it makes the difference. Would love to be back on staycation soon.

This was perhaps the best holiday home we had ever stayed at. A completely newly renovated, cosy building which is amazingly cleverly thought out and easily accommodates a family of four, without compromises. The fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms greatly exceeded our expectations (NOT typical holiday home level), the quality of the interior and the beautiful landscape we we saw from the terrace made our stay a very enjoyable one. The welcome gift and the seamless communication were nice additions.

We absolutely loved everything but Ribeirinha is a small village, so if you are for big city life or buzzing promenades, this is not the place to find it.

12 years that we are using Booking.com on 5 continents and this accommodation is definitely in the top 3 ! Tje welcome and explanations were pwrfect, beautiful location in Pico countryside, with view on the see from the terrace, all possible equipment, very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, nice living room and kitchen, le tout décoré avec goût… we stayed only 2 nights but would have loved to stay the whole week !

The first night the neighbour’s rooster reminded us that downtown Pico does not exist…some ants seem to love wandering in the house, but far from an invasion.

The experience was seamless, from the instructions and welcome booklet to the communication with the host all throughout. The view from the cottage is breathtaking and exactly what you expect when on an island in the middle of the Atlantic. The cottage is perfectly equipped, from kitchen to tv and channel choices, Netflix etc if you get caught on a rainy day and want to relax. I would go back in a heart beat! Well done Salvador!!
