Location was exactly what I was looking for. Houses/Rooms were outstanding. great to have two bedrooms. plenty of parking. heated pool. jacuzzi as well. easy communication with the staff

can't really say anything bad.

I absolutely loved how they captured the spirit of Pico Island how it used to be before it became modernized and crowded with visitors. I remember going to Pico as a child and what I really loved about it was the silence and the ability to birds, cows and chickens in the distance. This place is absolute paradise in recapturing that atmosphere. I can’t think of a better place to go Rest in Pico. At the same time, the place has all the modern amenities than one needs to be comfortable. It’s the perfect balance between old quaint, traditional premodern Pico and the most advanced comforts that we have all become accustomed to including high speed Internet.

Generally speaking find a place absolutely wonderful. The only thing that I might suggest is for them to put easier access if somebody comes with larger or heavier luggage. The gravel is beautiful and it’s traditional Pico but if you’re older or if you’re carrying luggage with reduce mobility, it can be an issue. I normally travel with light luggage, but this time I came for work for three months, and my bag was rather heavy. I managed just fine, but I could see that somebody with reduced mobility might have issues. It is possible that they have units for people with reduced mobility so it’s worth asking since I did not see the hole of the property

Die Lage mit Blick auf den Atlantik auf der anderen Strassenseite ist sensationell . Das urige Haus aus Lavasteinen hatte einen besonderen Charme. Parkplatz vor dem Haus war perfekt.

Wir waren im Haus INCENSO. Die Waschmaschine war nicht zu benutzen. Der Abfluss leckte und es fehlte der Stopfen für die Spüle. Einige Treppenstufen waren locker. Ein Schneidebrett wäre schön gewesen.

The WiFi was not adequate. The door to the living area had an external lock and once in the area you had no phone service, highly dangerous if you get accidentally locked down there. Especially if there is no key for the door. The accommodation although clean needed aired and smelled damp. The bedding was damp to touch as where the towels.
