About this house rental
Come enjoy The Villages in our lovely 3 bedroom cottage with a closed lanai.
Our home is in the center of The Villages, equal distance to Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood! We are less than 20 minute golf cart ride to 20 executive courses and 6 championship courses. Our home is walking distance to SeaBreeze Recreation Center which has a full gym. Our home is less than a mile to a family pool as well as three neighborhood pools. A perfect location between 466A and 466 and which is the area with the most golf courses and recreation centers. Everything is close to our home.
We do have internet, You Tube TV, Prime and Netflix. We also have a printer available for your use.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We rented for two weeks. It is very spacious. It has a big kitchen, three bedrooms as advertised, lots of space in bedroom chests of drawers, and came with a kitchen stocked with basics, and shower enclosure also with the usual basics. The whole place was clean.It was a fairly short trip by golf cart, provided, to the nearby golf courses. We were able to play four different courses in the two weeks we stayed there. I spoke to Sharon fairly regularly. She responded to messages that I left in VRBO. She was pleasant to talk to. Overall, an excellent experience. I recommend the rental to anyone who wants to stay in The Villages.

Everything was exactly as described. We had a great time. We were close to Sumter landing and Brownwood. The gulf cart was great.Hope to come back in the future. Thank You Sharon.

The home is showing its age, overdue for a deep cleaning. Ran low on stock like paper towels, TP but most other needs were in supply. The refrigerator leaks water onto the floor. The brakes on the supplied golf cart required a strong leg but was nice to have.
