Our lovely and peaceful villa is excellently situated in the heart of the Village of Largo, near Sumter Landing. The location offers guests easy access to all the main amenities and facilities The Villages has to offer including a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The villa is within walking distance of the Largo neighborhood pools and recreational center and conveniently close to several Executive and championship golf courses.
The villa offers spacious accommodation including a large kitchen with a breakfast nook, a large spacious living room with a leather recliner sofa and a large TV, a king bed master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in wardrobe, a comfy guest bedroom with a queen bed, a full 2nd bathroom, a large study, laundry room with top of the range washing machine and dryer, a lovely sunroom/lanai, and an outdoor back patio with a gas barbeque. The sunroom is surrounded by trees and plants, which provides privacy.
We offer a complimentary Yamaha gas golf car with the rental, and pets are welcome.

This home was in perfect shape! It was well kept and clean. No sign of bugs, freshly painted, comfortable furniture. Perfect amenities, including g a beautiful fridge with auto regenerating neutral type pitcher water on hand. The golf cart was great fun to fine our way around the Villages via cart paths. This home has been kept up with love and care. The host could not have been better. Responsive and informational at all times! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful home Maria!
