This is at least the third time we have rented this villa, because we like the layout and the location. It is comfortable and well-furnished. The kitchen seemed to lack a few items which would have been helpful...a good pair of kitchen scissors and one or two glass casseroles (with covers) for use in the microwave. If these items were present, we didn't locate them. Also, the HVAC control on the wall requires a PhD to operate. Fortunately, my husband was able to figure it out and work with it. If I had been there alone, I'm sure I'd have given up trying to regulate the temperature in the house. In spite of these little drawbacks, I'd recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in The Villages.

Even more spacious in person. Pictures accurate. Very large grassed fenced backyard perfect for dog. Well stocked kitchen with all appliances. Great location 7 minute walk to Seabreeze rec center, 8-9 minute drive to either Sumter or Brownwood squares. Adult pool also minutes away. Outstanding service from property managers. WiFi initially not working, Lisa came over and went to Verizon to obtain new modem. Soundbar on TV went out NY eve, Hannah immediately came out to fix. No golf cart, but bikes provided. Close to shopping/ groceries. Our previous reservation canceled two weeks before this stay, we were very pleased to be able to rent this courtyard villa. Great having an office in addition to the two bedrooms. Very quiet, walkable neighborhood.

This villa is a gem. The rooms are good-sized and bright, the kitchen is well stocked, and the lanai is very comfortable and inviting. I sleep better in this rental than I do at home -- the K mattress is amazing!

This villa has it all -- 3/2, beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable, and a great location (including being convenient to a PUBLIX)! Also, the beds in this villa were superior to most all of the properties we've stayed at in the past. We would definitely rent here again!
