About this house rental
This cozy house in the middle of a private estate of 20 hectares offers an opportunity for space and unusual calm. There are no close neighbors. You will not have any neighbors during your stay so.
The estate was once a small hamlet, which explains the presence of other buildings around. There are therefore no gîtes or houses next to the house, I would like to point out.
The internet connection is present and excellent.
The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary comforts.
A library of digital movies with a 55-inch Android TV is in a living room isolated from the sleeping areas. A game console is available with it.
The swimming pool measures 8.50 m by 4.50 m with 2 levels of depth 1.20 m and 1.50 m.
On site you will have: table tennis, 4 bikes, swing, treadmill, games room, nature walk, walk in the forest, piano and a trampoline of 3.50 M in diameter.
A North Terrace of 20 m2 is located on the kitchen side and a South Terrace on the pool side is available with 140 m2 of space. A gas barbecue is present for the summer kitchen.
An additional summer area under the large ash tree is very popular right next to the pool with its hammocks and hanging seats.
If you like the connection to calm, the birds when you wake up, the sweetness of the countryside... it may be here :-)
Regarding indoor well-being, you will find 4 sleeping areas including 3 master suites with 160 beds, the large children's area with 5 beds and 40 m2 dedicated, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 toilets, 2 terraces and 17 hectares of meadows and woods.
As for the 40 m2 children's area, it is designed as a kind of mini-apartment with screens, 5 beds or more if needed, wifi, sofa and large mirror for dancing and having fun. This comfort allows you to have a quiet sleep/activity on both sides.
All shops are between 7 and 20 minutes by car.
Walks possible from the house... The valley is very nice and easy to walk.
During the summer, there are many activities in the area: Castles, Festivals and Villages of Character, gourmet markets, Walygator Park, Kart, Golf, Horse Riding...

We stayed at Domaine de Bernassa for 13 nights with our 2 children and 2 dogs. The house is set in the most amazing remote location but only a short drive to local villages and the capital of the region, Agen. The host was fantastic at responding to queries and available for anything during our stay, including suggestions on places to visit. We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and did not want to leave. I would highly recommend both the house and location - especially those with pets. Our dogs loved exploring the grounds!
