About this cottage rental
18th century mill fully restored located on a small town of Tarn-et-Garonne (82) at the edge of a river fish.
With its 7 bedrooms and living space of more than 300m2, the mill can accommodate in a comfortable 5 couples and their 11 children.
The ground floor is a set of common areas with a large living room fireplace of 50 m2, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with its table monastery of 3m for large family tables.
The terrace in front of the kitchen has large picnic tables in the shade, a large capacity barbecue and a gas griddle. Pool exposed to the rising with its deckchairs. A poolside cottage offers a covered terrace and a local with a 5-seater spa.
The 2 floors contain 5 double rooms with 160 beds, a dormitory room with 4 single beds, a dormitory with 7 super-posed single beds, 2 bathrooms with showers and bath, 2 shower and sink areas in the master bedroom and a games room billiards and table football, TV.
The fully fenced and secure outdoor park is a haven of nature in the shade of ancient trees. The pool and its chalet with spa area will be a big plus when the sun comes out. Games for children have been planned for the busy (cabin, trampoline, swing, slide) as well as games for adults (petanque, volleyball, football cage)
We also offer end-of-stay cleaning and rental of sheets and towels.
