Open kitchen with dining area equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, filter coffee maker and coffee pods.
Laundry room with washing machine. Separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a 90x190cm single bed.
Bedroom with three 90x200cm beds that can be joined together to form a 180x200cm bed.
Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet.
Baby equipment: bathtub, safety gate, bed, changing mat, high chair, and suitable tableware.
Communal building with foosball table and ping-pong table.
Private 100m² enclosed garden, not overlooked, with garden furniture, deckchairs, and electric and charcoal barbecues.
Shared parking for several vehicles. Unfenced storage area for bicycles and motorcycles.

End-of-stay cleaning and towels are optional. Florence and her children will be happy to welcome you to the S'Abshof farm, a peaceful 5-hectare property. The cottage is housed in a former tenement farmhouse dating back to 1713. Gite number 1546 is also located on site.
On the Flanders Opal Coast, you will be 4 km from Bergues, 9 km from the Belgian border, and 10 km from Esquelbecq, the 2023 Favorite Village of the French.
