Great property in an excellent location.

This property is right on the boardwalk for the beach. The owner made the best of the view by putting the bed on a raised up platform. We loved relaxing on the bed taking in the incredible view. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is impeccably clean. The owner is friendly and sends good, clear communication.

There is what we think is an air exchanger for on of the restaurants on the ground floor and it exhausts right outside the bathroom window which is very noisy. Fortunately it shuts off in the evenings so it wasn’t a problem for sleeping.

Perfect hide-out

The apartment is perfectly situated on the beach and beautifully decorated with everything provided (towels, shampoo, etc.). It is like being in a hideout as noone can see inside so high up while there are spectacular views from the apartment. The owner was very responsive. We couldn't have asked for more and will definitely stay here again if we return to Dunkirk.

La plage est au pied de l'immeuble, parfait pour de longues marches au bord de l'eau. Le front de mer est calme et tout prêt du centre de Dunkerque, un lieu aussi charmant que paisible. Les fenêtres du studio offrent une vue dégagée sur la ville et le ciel immense - et ses levers de soleils flamboyants

J’avais sélectionné cet appartement pensant avoir une vue mer comme mentionné sur l’annonce et les multiples photos mais je n’ai pas vu en réservant que c’était le seul sans la vue mer. Bref le rapport qualité prix sans la vue mer me semble moyen. Autre point l’ascenseur ne va pas jusqu’au dernier étage et mon épouse s’étant cassé le pied, j’aurais aimé le savoir avant.

Très bel emplacement, agréable et confortable.

L'emplacement est vraiment très agréable, face à la mer avec accès direct à la digue. Un ascenseur permet l'accès au 3ème étage, il ne reste plus qu'un étage à monter mais par un escalier large et "confortable". La literie est de très bonne qualité et la cuisine bien équipée.

J'ai regretté l'absence de téléviseur, et l'absence de maintient des coussins sur la banquette.

Super Lage mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer, sogar vom Bett aus. Alles sauber, Tee und Kaffee für das Ankommen standen bereit.

Leider war offenbar übersehen worden, dass wir zu dritt waren, so dass nur zwei Betten bereitet waren. Auch Handtücher und Geschirr sind auf zwei Personen ausgerichtet.

Perfekte Lage am Strand, dennoch gut zu erreichen mit dem Auto, Durchdachte Zimmereinrichtung, die es trotz wenig Platz möglich macht, alles da zu haben, Unkomplizierter Self Check In mit vielen Informationen auf Englisch und Französisch

Schoon, netjes, praktisch ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Prachtig uitzicht, zeker vanuit de slaapkamer. In de beschrijving stond duidelijk dat het appartement op de vierde etage was, waarbij de lift tot de 3e etage gaat. Omschrijving en foto’s kloppen prima.

Uns hat es bis auf die zwei punkte sehr gut gefallen. Würden auf jeden Fall nochmals wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und funktionel eingerichtet, Die Aussicht hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Lage ist absolut super. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert.

Leider hat es im Hausflur sehr unangenehm gerochen. Lag wohl an der Müllaufbewahrung im EG. Neben unserem Wohnzimmerfenster ist ein Ventilator (Abzug vom Restaurant) der sehr laut war. Manchmal von morgens bis spät Abends.

Magnifique, très bon moment d'évasion

Je suis venu à l'improviste avec mon fils de 5 ans et nous avons passé un très bon moment. Le lieu est magnifique, vue sur la mer. Agréable au coucher de soleil comme au réveil. Le lit étant surélevé (estrade) cela permet de voir la mer depuis le lit. L'accueil est particulièrement soigné, machine à café, bouilloire, frigo, plaque de cuisson, toute la vaisselle, du savon/gel douche, serviettes. La décoration est très belle, ca sent bon, la litterie est propre et sent le frais, le logement est propre et pas de miettes au sol ou autre. Très bonne expérience que je renouvellerai dans hésiter. Étant à 1h de Dunkerque j'ai hâte de revenir. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Mooie locatie zoals beschreven en uitzicht op zee. Appartement was zeer schoon en alles voorhanden. Enige puntje was het parkeren, dit moest in parkeergarage van Kursaal. Je zou volgens de informatie een week abonnement kunnen nemen van € 15,- maar nergens kunnen vinden waar we dat konden kopen. Het loket was heel de week gesloten. Nu €8,- per dag betaald!
