I thought this place was great and at a fantastic price for Rome. They had a little fridge in the room which they had already put chilled water in for us, which was great considering the heat. Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was nice. We knew it was going to be small but we were only there one night and we knew to expect that it was a small room. We personally found the location brilliant and easy walking to everywhere including the train station which is how we got to and from Rome. All in all, it was ideal for us. We also appreciated that we could store our bags there after check out.

It really put me off that I got a message 15 minutes before the posted check out time saying to please leave.

We stayed as a family of four — 2 adults and 2 children. The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s a 12-minute walk to Termini Station and the Colosseum, and relatively close to other places as well. The farthest popular spots are about a 20-minute walk. The cleanliness of the property was superb; it was cleaned very well every day. The internet speed was very good and trouble-free. The beds were comfortable, and the complimentary coffees were replenished daily. Nico at the reception summarized everything very clearly and also gave some recommendations about the city. I would like to thank him very much.

I don’t think it’s suitable for a family with 2 adults and 2 children. The room has one double bed and two single beds, so it feels very small. You may even have difficulty walking inside the room. Since there was no space left for the stroller, we had to leave it outside the room. Additionally, the wardrobe had no shelves for four people, which was not practical at all. We had to use the tables in the room to create makeshift shelves for ourselves. Before arriving at the hotel, I had requested plates, knives, and forks for the children, and they were ready in the room when we arrived; however, they were never replenished again. When we checked in, water were missing, but they provided some immediately — still, the water was not refilled daily. Also, there was no mini fridge in the room. We wanted to store some food we bought for the children, but we couldn’t.
