The location is really great—just a few minutes’ walk from the Colosseum. In fact, all the major tourist attractions are within walking distance. If you prefer public transportation, the metro station is just a few minutes’ walk away. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a convenience store nearby. It’s a great place to stay in Rome. The host was very friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The host let us leave our luggage there after we checked out without any problem.
As far as we're concerned, there were no drawbacks.

The room, the position, the tranquillity
Breakfast could be improved, but there are so many nice cafès in the area that we didn't really care, and we had a very good stay.

Location was great and bed was comfortable
On second floor no lift only stairs, breakfast was basic, smells of cigarettes and the hosts tone was unaccommodating..
