Great location, safe entry and security in the building for solo travelers, comfortable bed with plenty of clothing storage options, hosts were super responsive with questions and recommendations
Just a few minor recommendations: the fragrance in the room was overpowering at first, with an open window it helped deodorize the scent a lot. Also, providing shampoo would be helpful! Otherwise, no complaints about the building or room itself.

The hosts are very helpful and suggest interesting restaurants/gelaterias/etc. The location was superb, about a 10 minute walk from the Colloseum and Forum Romanum. If it the weather allows it, you can walk to the Vatican in under an hour, while you enjoy the sights of Rome.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. The room, although small, was perfectly adequate for what we needed.
The room was advertised as having air con, but on arrival we were told we couldn't use it, and it was so hot in the room that we couldn't sleep and having the window open wasn't a good option as it was on a very busy road and it was very noisy.
