Chose this accommodation due to last minute change in travel plans. I wanted a budget option in the centre of Rome. The staff were helpul through the booking and arrival process.
Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, offering good storage, comfortable beds, A/C and nice bathroom. Location was absolutly perfect for me and plently of eating options nearby.
Rooms were quiet with no traffic noise. The manager Chiara was lovely and helpful.
The first room I was given had a noisy air conditioner but, when I mentioned it, I was immediately offered another room in which the fan was silent. Great service!

Great location, a 15-minute easy walk from Termini train station. Same walking distance to all major sights like Colosseum, Trevi Fountain etc. Super transfer for Vatican too. Breakfast was super traditional 👌for sweet tooth lovers. Host Chiara is super sweet and gave us so much info before arrival ❤️ Room cleaned daily and very modern.
The only thing I can think of was the hot water in the shower, which took quite a long time to kick in and actually work. But with the heatwave, we didn't mind much.

The location was helpful for the train station and also close to the bars and restaurants in Monti. The check in and out process was very smooth
It felt a bit tired and dingey/dark, didn't have a feeling of being comfy or clean for the price
