Good location. Very clean and had a communal kitchen with access to coffee, tea, kettle oven and microwave. Aircon was good as it was hot in Rome.
The water took a long to get hot in the shower 5-10 minutes.

The location was helpful for the train station and also close to the bars and restaurants in Monti. The check in and out process was very smooth
It felt a bit tired and dingey/dark, didn't have a feeling of being comfy or clean for the price
