Azzurra Rooms

Great location, lots of food close by and very easy to get to different train stations etc. About 15 mins from Colosseum and 15 mins to Trevi Fountain. Place was very well air conditioned and staff were lovely and place was cleaned everyday with new towels!

Little bit hard to find when you first get there. Instructions could have been more descriptive but was able to get a hold of property easily by phone.

Free breakfast at the cafe next door was really nice, they give a very generous amount of food that is included in the price. The room itself was clean and well kept, with cleaning and new towels provided daily.

Curtains didn't block out all the light, but it wasn't much of an issue as long as you're leaving early for sightseeing. There's no nice area to hang out in communally, but for the price and location it wasn't an issue.

It was central (walking distance) most of the attractions. The restaurant downstairs by the rooms was one of the best tasting food and very friendly. The included breakfast was wonderful at the bakery shop.

The place was a little outdated.

The location is good and the room was overall clean and comfortable, except for the AC issue and the fact, that you can hear the other guests.

The host is super rude. I politely asked about the AC because it was making a loud and unusual noise and he sent very rude messages back. It turned out he overcharged us but then blamed us for it (I did indicate 2 people when booking). On top he complaint that we were using the booking chat which apparently is inconvenient for him. Even more aggressive in person. Just read his responses to other reviews and you get the picture. No customer service whatsoever. Also, at night you hear other guests moving around, even their alarm .
