1 floor of the seaside Villa with a terrace

This is a nice older willa that is well set aside from the busy life of the mainland or even the island. Anyone not looking for a set aside place should look for something pricier. We found it because of the low price, it has 2 rooms, the furniture is old style and has some creaky parts which adds to its character, you can imagine a life there with things to fix up around the house. The host was welcoming and offered to help with anything, even showed us around the place. There is a somewhat wild beach in front of it, some 300 meters and there is a managed beach 500m walking distance, however with high tide you might end up walking back in water :). They accept small dogs only, the owner lives on location, so the courtyard is shared.

The kitchen was only partially equipped with a bare minimum, but we managed.
