The Sea View Dilesi apartment is absolutely perfect.
The layout is thoughtfully designed, and the spacious garden is a real highlight on sunny days. Whether you enjoy breakfast at the outdoor table or simply relax in the fresh air, it's a wonderful space to unwind.
Our host was incredibly welcoming and had everything we could possibly need prepared for our arrival: fresh linens, towels, and even an extra bed available if required. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook some delicious spanakopita.
The neighborhood is exceptionally peaceful, ensuring restful nights' sleep. Parking is convenient right in front of the property.
We left feeling completely satisfied and would love to return!

Kleines Häuschen auf einer Anhöhe mit etwas Meerblick. Gemütlich eingerichtet; in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren. Kleiner Garten mit Obstbäumen. Hundefreundlich!
Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich. Ich empfehle, beim ersten Mal unbedingt bei Tageslicht zu kommen.

Εξαιρετικό σπίτακι για όποιον θέλει να ξεφύγει και να χαλαρώσει λίγο.
Δεν είναι μεγάλο, αλλά ο χώρος είναι καλά διαμορφωμένος με δυο ξεχωριστά δωμάτια που κοιμίζουν σίγουρα 4 άτομα, αρκεί αυτά να νιώθουν άνετα μεταξύ τους καθώς υπάρχει ένα μπάνιο που δεν είναι πολύ μεγάλο (παρολαυτά πεντακάθαρο, όπως και όλο το σπίτι).
Χώροι για να καθίσεις εξωτερικά, ειδικά στην πίσω πλευρά όπου βλέπεις και λίγη θάλασσα.
Σε κάθε χώρο έχει κλιματιστικό που λειτουργεί άψογα και σίτες σε κάθε παράθυρο για να αποφύγεις έντομα δεδομένου οτι είναι και στη φύση.
Σε αποστάσεις αυτοκινήτου μπορείς να πας σε διάφορες παραλίες (Ωρωπό, Αλυκές, απέναντι στην Ερέτρια κλπ.)
3 λεπτά απο το κέντρο Δηλεσίου όπου έχει supermarket και περίπτερα.
Είναι σαν airbnb οπότε ψάχνοντας τα ντουλάπια δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να μην βρεις κάτι που χρειάζεσαι!
Είναι λίγο παλιά τα έπιπλα, γενικά , αν και έχει την αίσθηση εξοχικού παππούδων και δίνει αυτή την ωραία καλοκαιρινή ατμόσφαιρα, θα έκανα κάποιες ανακαινίσεις, όπως στο μπάνο που θα προτιμούσα να έχει καμπίνα αντί για κουρτίνα η οποιά φαινόταν οτι είναι πολυκαιρισμένη και σίγουρα θα έβαφα καθώς οι τοίχοι είχαν σημάδια απο παλία κάδρα.
Αλλά για εμάς ήταν λεπτομέρειες, τα προτείνω ως συμβουλές βελτίωσης!

Good value for money, house layout with 2 bedrooms, small terrasse, The house was fine in our situation (not tourism) and was close to the place we had to go. The air-conditioning was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with washing liquid, tea, coffee, sugar etc... All cleaning products to clean the house were available.. the living area was cosy
I highlighted to the owner that a few insects were found inside the house, and that would need to be tackled. The owner thanked me for letting him know and that he would take action to fix that. Beds not very comfortable, around the house it is a bit untidy , but in our situation (not on holidays) it was not really an issue. We were not too sure about the full cleaningness of the bedsheet... zyhe curtains in the showers are far too small , so nearly impossible not to splash water out of the shower tray.. A longer kurtain would fix the problem . No comfortable seats or no sofa in the living area unfortunately, to watch TV comfortably. We used the plastic chairs from the terrasse that were much more comfortable than the kitchen chairs.
