Le logement est très bien placé : à 50mn d'Athènes, 1h30 de Sournion, 1h45 de Delphes, 20mn d'Eubée et à moins de 5 mn à pied de la plage ! Il y a un jardin qui entoure la maison, une terrasse de chaque côté pour profiter de l'ombre La climatisation est installée partout ; réel plus pour la région La maison est située dans une impasse donc très calme ; la voiture peut être garée juste devant

Il aurait été appréciable que la 2ème chambre ait une porte afin d'avoir un peu d'intimité et de profiter de la TV le soir De même un petit canapé ou des petits fauteuils pour être installés le soir devant la TV

The Sea View Dilesi apartment is absolutely perfect. The layout is thoughtfully designed, and the spacious garden is a real highlight on sunny days. Whether you enjoy breakfast at the outdoor table or simply relax in the fresh air, it's a wonderful space to unwind. Our host was incredibly welcoming and had everything we could possibly need prepared for our arrival: fresh linens, towels, and even an extra bed available if required. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook some delicious spanakopita. The neighborhood is exceptionally peaceful, ensuring restful nights' sleep. Parking is convenient right in front of the property. We left feeling completely satisfied and would love to return!

Kleines Häuschen auf einer Anhöhe mit etwas Meerblick. Gemütlich eingerichtet; in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren. Kleiner Garten mit Obstbäumen. Hundefreundlich!

Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich. Ich empfehle, beim ersten Mal unbedingt bei Tageslicht zu kommen.

Good value for money, house layout with 2 bedrooms, small terrasse, The house was fine in our situation (not tourism) and was close to the place we had to go. The air-conditioning was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with washing liquid, tea, coffee, sugar etc... All cleaning products to clean the house were available.. the living area was cosy

I highlighted to the owner that a few insects were found inside the house, and that would need to be tackled. The owner thanked me for letting him know and that he would take action to fix that. Beds not very comfortable, around the house it is a bit untidy , but in our situation (not on holidays) it was not really an issue. We were not too sure about the full cleaningness of the bedsheet... zyhe curtains in the showers are far too small , so nearly impossible not to splash water out of the shower tray.. A longer kurtain would fix the problem . No comfortable seats or no sofa in the living area unfortunately, to watch TV comfortably. We used the plastic chairs from the terrasse that were much more comfortable than the kitchen chairs.
