Υπέροχος χώρος, εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση. Πολύ καθαρό, με όλες τις παροχές. Απολαύσαμε πολύ το barbeque. Είναι κοντά σε μαγαζιά και σε πολύ λίγη ώρα είσαι Χαλκίδα.

The Location could be hard to find without a little prior virtual trip on Google Maps! The bonus being there is little to no traffic close-by to disturb your stay. My Sat Nav took me right to the Gate even though it was dark on arrival. Our host met us on arrival & I'm totally convinced he is the friendliest & happiest Man in Greece! Frixos is a Star! We had a welcome tour of the property during which all the facilities were highlighted to us. Everything was more than adequate for our needs & more than fulfilled our expectations. Air-con in the bedrooms is more than capable of keeping all rooms cool if the doors are left open.
Frixos is more than happy to recommend the best beaches & restaurants in the area & also must-see highlights for your vacation. There are good restaurants 15 metres from the sea in St Minas Beach just 4 minutes by car from Geralis Lodge at the local bay. Lidl & other stores are just 10 minutes away for collecting food & beverages!
Whilst 3 generations of the family live on the upper floors (4 adults & 1 Child) you would never know that. Frixos & his lovely family also have dogs that are contained in a spacious part of the garden & cats (all Rescue cases) that are no factor to the visiting guests.
I did not ask about an alternative route to our accommodation, but the direct route is via two different height steps which could be awkward for guests with mobility issues.
The kitchen area is open-plan with access via a pair of strongly sprung 'Saloon Door' style double swing gates that were as amusing as they were annoying! They were never going to spoil our Stay !!

Хозяин прислал подробную информацию, как добраться до апартаментов. Красивая зеленая территория, много цветов. Хозяин встретил нас лично, очень эматичный, дружелюбный. Всегда был готов помочь. В апартаменты отдельный вход, две спальни с большими кроватями, в огромной гостиной еще две одноместные кровати. В гостиной бильярд, настольные игры, кухонный уголок полностью оборудован. Постельное белье хорошее., есть дополнительные пледы. Пляж недалеко. Очень дружелюбные две собачки за оградой. Я забыла в апартаментах телефон, хозяин очень быстро передал его автобусом. Очень хорошо нам было здесь, не хотелось уезжать. Надеемся еще сюда вернуться. Огромное спасибо хозяевам, что они такой любовью и вниманием к клиентам предоставляют очень качественные услуги!

Οι εξωτερικές φωτογραφίες δεν έχουν σχέση με το κατάλυμα που νοικιάζεται το οποίο είναι υπόγειο και έχει είσοδο στο πλάγιο του σπιτιού..Παλιά έπιπλα και τα στρώματα των κρεβατιών θέλουν όλα αλλαγή για να μπορέσεις να κοιμηθείς.το δάπεδο σε κάποια σημεία είχε κενά και η τουαλέτα εκτός το ότι δεν έκλεινε η πόρτα μύριζε κιόλας..Οι σιτες στα παράθυρα είναι φθαρμένες με αποτέλεσμα να έχουμε επισκέψεις
