Gregory’s Loft

It is an excellent appartment. Everything you need is there, the furniture is good, the garden, parkings, balconies, towels etc. it was perfect! Gregory is very helpful.

1) Be aware that a loft is upstairs and to get there, you have to use a spiral ladder (or an ouside fire-stairs). Both are narrow and might be an issue for elderly or disabled people. 2) The place is a nice village, that is situated far from towns/civilization. There is not much going on in sense of tavernas, events, shops (there are some but just a minimum) 3) For the better beaches you have to drive long. 4) The North of Evia is full of serpantines, hills and mountains, be ready to drive A LOT through mountains, hills to reach any other towns and villages.

From the very first moment we arrived, we felt how special this place is. Everything was wonderful — the house is beautiful, comfortable, and designed with great taste, and the surroundings are truly breathtaking. There are simply no words to fully describe how we felt. The location is amazing — just a short 2-minute walk from an endless, stunning beach, one of the most beautiful we’ve seen. Gregory also gave us great recommendations for the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself is a dream: warm and cozy even in winter, with comfortable beds, a luxurious shower, and beautiful views from every window. It’s a place you can enjoy both inside and outside at any time. And for tennis lovers — having a tennis court right next to the house was such a fun bonus! We celebrated a birthday here, and without even knowing, Gregory gave us the most beautiful gift — the experience of staying in such a magical place. Thank you so much, Gregory, for your kindness, your thoughtful hosting, and for creating such a unique and special home. We are truly grateful and would love to come back again.
