This property has an enclosed parking garage with a height limit of 6’5”(77 inches) with no overflow parking.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The room is on ground level so super easy access to pool and beach. The king bed is actually two twins but we didnt mind because the mattresses were super comfy. This was a great room overall.

We loved the location, the walk to the beach, the exercise room and hot
tub. The restaurants nearby were wonderful. The best time to go is in the
lFall. We will be back next year

Many pros and cons to this unit. Love the short distance to the beach and pool. The place is nicely decorated. It also has all the supplies needed to use the kitchen. Washer and dryer work well. However, the twin beds in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room are pretty uncomfortable according to my adult kids. They are more suitable for younger kids I believe. Another issue is the master bedroom has two twin beds put together to make a king. We constantly have to push the mattresses together, it is very inconvenient. There are other units more suitable for our needs, so I doubt we will be renting this place again. I can see families with little kids enjoying this unit though.

Unfortunately our fourth stay at this resort turned into our worst experience. We usually go through an owner (VRBO) but our usual rental was not available. We experienced a malfunctioning keypad one evening and immediately called the company number for assistance. We were directed to the after hours line. After returning to our rental 3 hours later at 10pm with two children we were still locked out. Luckily a bedroom exterior door had been left unlocked that we located while trying to get into the rental. My husband stayed up half the night waiting on maintenance. We finally received a call at 10 the next morning that’s 12+ hours later. At this point we were exhausted and frustrated. No one wants to deal with on going issues while on vacation. Vacasa did refund us for the one night. However the situation left us frustrated and we ended up leaving the resort a day early.
