Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Everything about the resort was great. Beach, fitness clubs, pools , mini golf and tennis. The only reason they don't recieve a 5 star review is that the sink and shower down stairs was backed up and the water wouldn't drain. They also give you little to nothing in the kitchen. So if you want to cook breakfast or anything you can't. They don't even give you salt. And we stayed for 5 days and just one small bag of coffee. No oil nothing. They added a small electric oven but the plate for the inside was not there. I don't get to make breakfast at home so vacation is the only time I get to and it was set up for failure. Also they give you 2 pods for laundry but don't give enough towels. It was worth it but don't go expecting to actually wash or cook anything at the home.

Comfortably furnished bedrooms and living rooms. Just needs an exhaust vent above the master bath’s shower and replace the broken trash compactor with a waste basket

First floor bath tub had a used dirty bathcloth over the tub near shower curtain.... makes you wonder did they clean the bathroom???? We had ants in Kitchen got in our food. HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO USE A TUB NOT CLEANED FROM PREVIOUS PEOPLE?????????
