Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. After a long drive, we were welcomed with the nicest people at the gate and the warmest welcome by the condo itself. Easy parking, beautiful condo with the perfect 'beach house' feel. They were stocked with bath towels, hand towels, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, and lots of the necessities in the kitchen. The view from the master bedroom is onto a ton of greenery, so we felt like we were in a private resort! We could have walked, but we decided to take the Tops'l tram every day (one quick phone call) to the beach for an easy pick up. The beach is beautiful and the amenities at the place are fantastic. Also love the location! There is so much to do and see in this area!

We really like staying at the tennis village. The tennis courts are outstanding. This particular unit in on the end of a building and next to some woods giving the one a feeling of privacy.

Tennis Village 10 was great! We loved the decor and space. It was super convenient. And Randy (with the Tram) was awesome!

Ice maker never made a single cube of ice
No tv instructions so had to leave to watch LSU and Astros
Hot water was barely warm and took LONG time to even get there
Not much water pressure
