We love Beach Manor. We loved the easy access that 311 provides to the stairs and beach walk and pool. Condo was cute and clean however the disposal broke when we were there and had to wait 3 days to get it repaired. I Could not run the dishwasher either while it was broken. The dishwasher when I did run it was terrible. The door would not open or close and it was just just cheap and old. The carpet was ripping away from the tile in the back hallway and we kept
Stepping on carpet staples. There was not a broom or dustpan in the unit so I was unable to sweep up sand or crumbs all week. The last day out AC stopped blowing cold air and maintenance did not come until after 10:30 pm after we had gone to sleep to make the repairs. There was very minimal kitchen utensils and very old cooking pans. There were no extra blankets or sheets in the unit for the pull out sleeper sofa. It needed attention and some TLC. It’s clear it is just a repeat rental and the owners have not provided it much attention.
