We love staying here before an early flight - so easy and enjoyable
This time the corridor and our room had an awful foul drain smell when we arrived. We found a maid and she came to try to sort it out while we went down for our meal. It was sorted but I think was also avoidable.

This hotel is in an excellent position for T2 for early flights. The staff are friendly and helpful. Drinks and food on site make the stay great as its all there for you.

No support staff, being a 4 star hotel you would expect services and facilities of a 4 star hotel. I would say the standard was 3 star.
