I really enjoyed my stay at Cascina Binè. The place is cozy, the wines are tasty, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The whole atmosphere is calm and pleasant, and the vineyard surroundings make it a great spot to unwind. I’d gladly come back and recommend it to others.

At the end of the day, a perfect place to stay

The location was perfect. Also, the personal was really friendly and helped us with everything. We needed a fridge for our medicine, and they gave us on the next day.

The air conditioning was very loud, so you can’t sleep properly. Had to turn it off, to sleep well. Also, the pillows, were not good quality. Moreover, there was no safe in the room.

A beautiful and peaceful halt in the Gavi wine country on our way back to Paris

A beautiful bed-and-breakfast on the vineyard property. Those surroundings are amazingly beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable: spacious, well appointed, with incredibly comfortable beds. They are also extraordinarily well soundproofed- you don't hear a thing from the other guests! The property is just amazing with grapevines everywhere, miniature hairs romping in the fields and a stray wild boar or two in the evening.

I don't have any critiques really except that the breakfast is nice, but not as exceptional as I had hoped for in a place that has its own fruit and vegetables and does a very nice dinner.

Quiet Modern Cascina

The location and the Cascina are perfect for a long weekend if you love winery’s countryside. The building is perfectly renovated and it lies in a very quiet place but not far from the main city.

Nothing, but I guess a swimming pool would allow the guests to enjoy even more their stay, during summer at least. As I suggestion I would recommend to have some charging stations for electric car.

A goood night’s sleep.

Well kept and newly furnished. The room was big and airy, with air conditioning. Electric kettle AND an pod coffee machine. Coffee, tea and bottled water was complementary. It is quiet and green all around.

An absolutely delightful property! The staff were very welcoming & helpful. The room was clean, comfortable & spacious. The breakfast was delicious & fresh!

Pretty much perfect - just a shame we couldn’t get a bite to eat on site in the evening but staff were very helpful in booking us a restaurant in Gavi.

It’s a very quiet place and most ideal to relax, enjoy the nature and to taste local products.

Very kind staff, they really make you feel welcome. The rooms have all the comfort and freshness that you need, with a view over the wine yards. You are surrounded by a beautiful geen nature with a lovely scent of lavender. We enjoyed the 3 course menu with the, own produced, pairing wines while overlooking the wine yards. Everything is local and you can taste the freshness. We considered ourself very lucky to have find this unique place. A pearl. It’s a very quiet place and most ideal to relax, enjoy the nature and to taste local products. We really recommend this place and we are already thinking of when to come back again:)

The Estate owner Nicolo treated us in the best friendly manner, we had a wonderful welcome and enjoyed a very interesting evening wine tasting as well a great fresh breakfast! Amazingly relaxing and inviting

We booked our stay at Cascina Binè on a whim. one of the owners , Nicola (i.e. it’s family run and operated!) was not only able to accommodate our last- minute check in but met us upon arrival and greeted us with a warm smile! While the property has been family owned for several generations, they’ve just finished remodeling the building (accommodations, tasting room, wine cellar, etc.) leaving everything brand new with no detail overlooked! Nicola’s pride is evident and reflected in his amazing hospitality! Be sure not to miss out on a sunset wine tasting + aperitivo if you have the chance! My partner and I had exceptionally comfortable sleep. The bed was comfy and the sheets supple. The space itself is tastefully designed and not to mention, there’s great wifi. The bathroom is large and we especially appreciated the spacious shower complete with a rain shower head. Nicola and his family were welcoming and generous. We woke up to a luscious breakfast spread that overlooked his family’s vineyard. Our only regret is that the room wasn’t available for longer.

Great surprise

The hotel is opened since several months only. Once you arrive at the parking, you feel that you are being taken care of by the owner and his team. Marzia advised an excellent restaurant for dinner and arranged a very early breakfast just for two of us. The room is spacious, well decorated, every detail is thought through. The wines and snacks are delicious. We will certainly come back.
