Stunning location in the heart of wine country. Wonderfully welcoming family, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Home-cooked meals are an optional extra well worth paying for. Home-baked cakes for breakfast were a bonus. House is set within the vineyard on top of the hill with stunning views. The Poggio wine is delightful and their degustazione is an absolute must. You can also walk across the road to La Scolca for another wne tasting!
It is quite a remote area so don't expect luxury facilities. You will definitely need a car. There isn't a lot to do in Gavi itself. But assuming good weather, the countryside is lovely.

Prachtig uitzicht, super hartelijk en leuke eigenaren. Zwembad is fijn. De kamer is lekker rustig. Heerlijke wijn en ontspannen sfeer.

The two sisters that run the b&b and vineyard were the real highlight for us. The views also were spectacular, we spent two evenings watching the sunsets and the other evening we watched the lightening. We had a fantastic meal cooked for us by the sisters at the vineyard and it was great value for money with plenty of delicious wine 🍷
