A good option near Serravalle

The location was great, as was the very spacious room. There are a few details to fix but overall our short staying was good. A pool is buing built, which will add to the total experience when finished. The gardens were very nice as well

The shower was very compact. There were not amenities offered. Breakfastg was rather poor

In the middle of the nature, very clean and close to outlet center.

Construction is in progress, staff is mostly not around, we only saw them during checkin, room was not cleaned everyday.

Super endroit, la vue magnifique. Jolie espace pour les petits et les grands, extérieur magnifique très sympa Petit déjeuner dépose le matin dans un panier, super !

Быт в январе. На улице 0, полы бетон, очень холодные . Обогреватели гоняют холодный воздух, как не регулируй их. В душе моешься держа часть тела, половину в горячей воде, что помыть другую))..

Gostitelj nam je posredoval vse potrebne informacije. V hladilniku so nas pričakala živila kot so jogurt, mleko, voda. Zjutraj smo prejeli košarico z dobrotami.

Location très agréable à 5 mn de l’outlet. Très propre et confortable. Nous avons eu l’agréable surprise de trouver des petits paniers remplis de viennoiseries et de focaccia devant notre porte le matin. Nous reviendrons.

C’était pas possible le soir vers 20.15 de entrée dans l’établissement.Déjà la route privée est toute en terre pas battu alors ça fait avec la pluie toute la voiture est sous la boue.En plus la route vers la villa est presque pas allumé.Je pouvais pas voir l’entrée de villa alors j’ai appelé le host Mario qui m’a pas répondu,alors je suis parti.Il m’a appelé environ 5 min plus tard,j’ai bien expliqué notre situation et il m’a communiqué que il pouvait rien faire pour moi!Fantastique,payé en avance et il pouvait plus rien faire pour moi! C’est la première fois que j’ai vu ça,je voyage beaucoup et jamais eu un mauvais expérience comme ça!!

we found that this property gave us a complete reset in the middle of an eight week busy business trip!

The property was so unexpected. It's beautiful viewing rolling Hills with a winery in the background…. We were in town to go shopping and it was fantastic.

The local wildlife, the birds and everything we're making noise in the morning when we woke up it was so peaceful and tranquil. We loved it.

Это удивительное место! Нам очень понравился дизайн, расположение, зайчики, бегающие под окнами. Близко к аутлету, что позволило нам быстро добраться после шоппинга. На завтрак принесли корзину со свежей выпечкой, романтика в каждом элементе))

Отель милейший и сделан со вкусом. Но лично для меня была пара нюансов: - ледяной пол без возможности подогрева и отсутствие тапочек - слышимость настолько мощная, что звук воды в ванной можно услышать из соседнего номера. Это расстроило. Но не испортило общее впечатление от отеля.

L’endroit, le style, très paisible et reposant. Les chambres très spacieuses avec le nécessaire dont on a besoins: vaisselle, cafetière italienne avec café, barbecue disponible à l’extérieur. Ce que j ai le plus apprécié c’est les petites attentions : eau minérale, jus de fruits et yaourt dans le frigo à l’arrivée et le petit panier de viennoiseries le matin pour le petit déjeuner 👍

Molto accogliente, ristrutturato recentemente, arredamento lineare di gusto, appartamento spazioso con letti comodi, anche i letti a castello nella seconda camera sono molto ampi. Angolo cottura accessoriato con tutto quello che può servire per un breve soggiorno, anche caffè, zucchero e muesli. Cestino della colazione con brioche e focaccia consegnato davanti alla porta la mattina e frigo con yogurt, latte, succhi di frutta e bevande . Proprietari gentili e pronti a venire incontro alle esigenze personali. Molto silenzioso e affacci nel verde. Consigliatissimo!
