Bella struttura, pulito, posizione comoda vicino autostrada e outlet.

Non c'e' staff, a parte la breve apparizione di un ragazzo per mezzo minuto per darci la chiave, poi non si è più visto nessuno. Le stanze sono tutte comunicanti, divise da una porta che fa sentire tutto. La sera abbiamo parlato con i vicini attraverso la porta chiedendo di abbassare la voce per poter dormire e la mattina abbiamo fatto attenzione a sussurrare per non svegliare loro. La colazione te la devi preparare da solo, attaccare la piastra, mettere su la caffettiera, mangiare i cornetti trovati nella stanza il giorno prima. Il bagno ha una finestra al piano terra senza tenda.

Posizione tranquilla, immerso nel verde, piscina grande, staff molto gentile e disponibile!

This property was a wonderful surprise and one of the best value-for-money stays during our trip. The atmosphere was peaceful, charming, and authentic. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The beautiful countryside setting provided a relaxing start to our Italy journey, while the location was also very convenient for visiting Serravalle Outlet. The breakfast was simple but fresh and thoughtfully prepared. We especially enjoyed the croissants served in a basket, as well as the cereals and yogurt.

The only thing we missed was having a restaurant on site for dinner. After a long day of travel, it would have been nice to stay at the property and enjoy a meal without having to drive elsewhere.
