Just 2 km from the CBD location, with a lot of cafe in the neighbourhood. Convenient. Good design! Good furniture's and equipped kitchen. Thanks 👍

The floors were filthy when we arrived, crumbs, dirt, long black hair, remnants of smashed glass on stairs.
We took photos and contacted property manager, their responds was they had contacted the cleaners and the cleaners photos didn’t show any dirt my photos showed.
A cleaner was offered for the following day but to make ourselves feel comfortable in the house we went around and vacuumed ourselves.
