Spacious 2BR Pool, Tennis & Free Parking

Spacious unit. Well-furnished kitchen and laundry facilities. Location close to Perth CBD. Access card couldn't be detected at the lift and carpark access door and it was frustrating as we needed to unload our luggage. Contacted the staff via booking.com chat and the staff on site sent a replacement access card promptly within 15 minutes.

Instructions for self collection of keys are quite complicated despite the elaborated slides sent. It was confusing to find the correct carpark with the allocated parking lot.

Great location and nice comfortable open living space with all the things i needed for a comfortable stay.

The walls inside the apartment were pretty grotty. Lots of dirty marks on walls and light switches which need a scrub. The large bedroom had what appeared to be blood spatter low on the wall near the wardrobe on the LHS. I also had to bring my rubbish home with me as I could not locate the bins in the basement to leave the rubbish.

The location was good

The key pickup was extremely confusing. We were arriving by car on a very busy major road with two entrances. The entrance we needed for parking was different from where we needed to pick the key up. It was a bit like an 'Escape Room' working out how to get in! There was no air con in the second bedroom. The ironing board was broken. It wasn't possible to store bags (only in Northbridge, some way away on foot) It wasn't overly clean (dirty crockery and kettle) There was no-one on hand for questions - only through email...
