Very central to everything and close to the exhibition center

Having to pick up and drop off the key at a location not at or close to the property. Makes it a bit inconvenient

Nice , clean apartment, surprisingly quiet, super convenient location close to everything, well appointed. main bed very comfortable, would stay again

key pick up and drop off, also note drop off location is a few doors down from the pick up location, caused us some confusion. Very strong spicy cooking smells in corridor leading to apartment (from next door), smell persisted all week we were there, but not much owner can do about this

Location is great, price is reasonable, but there are ALOT OF HOMELESS PEOPLE (night and day) on the entrance of the building which made me feel very unsafe at times.

Having to pass by homeless people's point of stay everyday especially at nighttime when most of them are intoxicated was quite scary. Communication from host (Cloud BNB) was on the slow side. I was expecting to receive a pin code for the lockbox to get the key at least the day before check in so that everything was settled- but really only got it on the day few hours before check-in after I hassled them several times on the phone, which caused a bit of anxiety as I was picking it up during a weekend when the office is closed.
