Loved the historical nature of the house, wooden floorboards and lovely verandah….

The bathroom was adequate, albeit a little small.

The heritage style, the facilities and the location was outstanding!

Location close to all facilities in North Perth and not far from the city was excellent House overall was spacious and very pleasant, but plse see below

The property description describes it as having TWO bathrooms, which is not the case. There is one very small, not very well appointed bathroom inside the house and just a toilet (with not even a wash basin) OUTSIDE. This does not constitute two bathrooms as far as I'm concerned, and I would not have booked the property if I'd have known this. Also, whilst the house was overall clean and well presented, the heat light/extractor fan in the bathroom was very dirty with caked on dust - this needs to be cleaned asap. Further, there was a sprinkler which activated in the front garden at 2.30am every other day making a very disturbed sleep for the occupants of the main bedroom at front of house. A couple of the kitchen cupboard doors in corner near sink are damaged and badly peeling which gives a poor first impression and could/should be easily fixed up
