Coffee machine didn’t work

Great location and very easy to find/ park our car. Lovely coffee shop downstairs too! Very clean and comfortable. All fixtures were in working order.

The digital key did not work in the car park / basement area so had we not bumped into the member of staff who was about to go home we would not have been able to get into the apartment! Too cold and thermostat on climate control was not controllable by the resident and was centrally controlled so we had to message numerous times till we finally got the temperature right. However at diff times of day would have been better to be able to control it ourselves

Location was terrific! Comfortable beds. Clean.

It was tricky getting initial access but once in and collected keys from room, all was good🏆

Room was clean , enough amenities there. Good location .

The room is small. Squeezing the bed between 2 cabinets is damgerous- would not take much to hit your head against the cabinet. Car park facilities woefully inadequate. Yes I know we are advised that there are limited slots but we just could not get slots everyday ! Better you list your property as having almost no car park slots. The app does not work v well in terms of operating the lift and door. Has to be tapped numerous times.
