Apartment is modern & very comfortable. About 20 minutes walk from Perth city & around the corner from free CAT blue bus to Perth City. Many extras provided eg: shampoo, tea, coffee, oil etc. Great bakery downstairs.
Sometimes, Police sirens at night was noisy as Police station is across the road. However, noise is expected as property is in the city.

Good location and comfortable apartment
If you have room on looking out on main road on weekends can be noisy late at night . Requested a portacot prior to arrival was told it would be available, arrived at 1am and no portacot there. Took two attempts at the office the next day to finally have one delivered very inconvenient when told prior one would be there.

Apartment is well maintained and clean. Amenities was good. The water kettle was badly stained but upon request was changed to a brand new one. The staff was responsive. Collection and return of keys was explained well.
The lift was under maintenance just when we were checking out at 10am. We had to bring our luggage down 3 levels! Advance notice on lift doors that there will be maintenance would let guests know and be prepared.

Apartment was comfortable, modern and mostly clean
Some dishes were dirty. The pool and hot tub were closed the whole time we were there with no explanation. Sadly outside the apartment is a gathering of homeless people with a lot of yelling through the night.
