The process for access to the parking garage & apartment were crystal-clear. The apartment & surroundings was sunny, safe, quiet, and clean. The communication that the apartment, at this time, was available a few hours before actual check-in time, was useful. The views from the west-facing balcony & from the east-facing front door, were outstanding, and included the canals and portion of Signal Hill. The security staff near the apartments are extremely helpful. The location is ideal for access to the City Bowl, Waterfront and Sea Point. There is a restaurant on the Ground Floor with friendly staff and good coffee.

A lockbox on the street's side of the building held the access key. In order to get to the lockbox, one has to park the car on the 'overflow' parking (about 150m away from the lockbox) then walk to the lockbox, since there are no parking bays available near the box. Being located away from shops, one requires to drive/ Uber/ Mr D to get provisions.

A fantastic, spacious, and clean apartment in an excellent and secure location overlooking the harbor. The bed is comfortable, the living room is large, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The hosts are friendly and helpful; I requested a late checkout until 4:00 PM, and they agreed without any charge. I highly recommend it without hesitation.
