O apartamento é espaçoso, muito bem localizado e o prédio tem muito boa segurança. As pessoas foram todas muito cordiais, o anfitrião esteve sempre disponivel

A segurança dos elevadores é muito boa, mas nem sempre permitia que o andar selecionado activasse. Havia dois elevadores em que o meu andar não accionava.

The property was well situated a mile from the V&A waterfront and within easy walking distance to many places of interest and shops/supermarkets in the city. I felt very safe being there. There were plenty of public security officers patrolling the streets at all times.
The lifts were often a bit erratic in their behaviour. I didn’t have a balcony which was a little disappointing as other apartments did. The air conditioning stopped working just before my stay and after reporting it, it wasn’t checked.

La taille de l'appartement, la sécurité de l'immeuble, son emplacement et l'amabilité des gardes de sécurité.
La personne qui devait nous accueillir est arrivée avec une heure de retard. Avec 24h de voyage on n'avait qu'une hâte : rentrer dans l'appartement.
La propreté était moyen et les oreillers du lit étaient inconfortables. Et surtout le coffre fort était hors d'état de marche et il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle.

The host was rude, she shouted at me with no reason, instead of talking politely about my arrival, wanted to cancel my paid up booking without making arrangements, she was angry that my flight will land at 20h00.
