有洗衣機，洗澡水壓量大很舒服

公寓較老舊，第一天剛到時找不到．．

The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious enough for 4 of us with facilities to cook. Just like home.

Our second time in this building with this host. Really like the location near the street car and close to the beautiful park/subway Nakajima Koen. Great responsiveness and helpfulness from the host. Apartment had all the comforts needed for a long stay, laundry, drying rack. Quiet building with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Great value.

The particular apartment (302) we stayed in had mediocre furnishings. No dining chairs, just stools, so sitting and eating meals was pretty uncomfortable. The couches are actually futons so not the most comfortable either. One was torn. Could use some refreshing of those. We previously stayed in a different unit (203) instead of 302 and 203 was much better appointed. It’s still a four star place 8/10, but would have rated it 10/10, five stars if the furniture had been better. If you are just staying a few nights or just sleep there it’s probably fine but for a longer stay try and get one of the other units.

備品充分，空間大又舒適，附近有超商，過幾個路口也有超市。坐路面電車回住宿前的路上就有超市很方便。 廚房同時用烤箱和微波爐，加上抽油煙機和客廳的電視加手機充電都不會過載跳電，可以不用刻意的分開用電時間，這點很棒。 希望備品內有條抹布，不然廚房用完找不到可以擦拭的布。 302熱水壺內部都脆化了，應該可以換一下了 洗完衣服找不到衣架（ハンガー） 客廳的沙發床皮革都破了，如果有用布套套起來會很棒
