広くて3世代、男女で利用したので個室感覚で使えました。
洗濯機の掃除がされていず、途中でとまってしまった。
止まった洗濯機の表示を見て、右下の糸屑を入れる掃除がされていないのに気づき、夜中に掃除しました。
水も溢れました。その後動くようになりました。
2日以上泊まる方には、お風呂の掃除セットが欲しいです。洗剤とスポンジだけでも置いてもらえると良いです。
2日目、とても困り、手だけで掃除しました。
マンションの駐車場は住民用にありますが、民泊の方はコインパークを使うようになっています。
途中、マンションに停めているのでは？と問い合わせがありました。
停めていないことを、お伝えしましたが、分かりにくい方もいらっしゃると思うので、再度利用する方への周知が必要と思います。

アパートタイプですが、周りの生活音が全く聞こえず、子ども達が宿泊するこちらの音も聞こえないと思うと安心しました。
駐車場はありませんが、近くにパーキングがあるので不便はありません。
また市電が近く、中心部へのアクセスも申し分ありませんでした。
また、雨の日にぶつかってしまい、傘の用意をしていませんでしたが、玄関に全員分のの傘があり本当に助かりました。
必要なものはだいたい揃っていましたが、浴室に椅子・桶が無く、小さい子供と還暦を越えた父・母が居たので、2日目に簡易椅子を買って難を逃れました。
給湯機の設定温度が42度と低く、熱めの設定でお湯はりをすると、お湯不足でシャワーからお湯が出なくなりました。6人での利用でしたので仕方ないかもしれませんが、真冬ではなく良かった…

Checking in was seamless as there was no staff to interact with. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Was able to accommodate 3 full-sized adults with 0 issues. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an apartment with multiple rooms!
Location is a little tricky to get to, but nothing too complicated. We are about 15 to 20 minutes away from Sapporo by bus or tram. The apartment was also in the centre of a housing estate, meaning that food and convenience stores were plentiful.
