Place was newly renovated and bery modern with lots of electronic amenities such as air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living rooms, washing machine with dryer, sauna, bath and microwave. There was clear instructions left on how to operate each device. Very comfortable and clean place, great for families.

Bedroom doors is glass. While there is a pull down blind for privacy, it is a little inconvenient.

The property is brand new, spacious, and in excellent condition. Super clean and I like the radiator heaters throughout so it’s not too dry. Having two toilets and bathrooms with good water pressure was a big plus. The bathtub is large and very nice—our kids loved it. The Sauna was great, too. There’s a great sandwich shop (Sandria) right across the street, and a nearby seafood market with a good variety of options. Tips: Because the property is very new, it doesn’t yet appear on Google Maps, but using the next-door Seicomart address worked well for taxi and car service.

The location is a bit away from central Sapporo, which made public transportation difficult for our group of six with kids and elderly family members during snowstorms and very cold weather. Taxi rides were reasonable and took about 10–15 minutes. The unit has many glass as doors and walls with blinds for the bedrooms and for one of main bathroom’s vanity area, which affected soundproofing at night and made moving around a bit inconvenient after lowering the blinds. No hooks for towels and jackets, only a hanging unit with hangers provided in one of bathroom and there’s no power outlet in the kitchen. There is also no on-site staff.

a little out of the centre of town but made up for by the parking being included and great amount of space. Still walkable into town. Brand new and very clean. Heaps of towels available.

An extra lounge chair in the living area would have been nice

Very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff is very responsive through the platform. Excellent location (just across the street from Sandria sandwich)!
