地點好，來札幌觀光很適合住AMS TOWER。有提供充足的盥洗用品，廚房的容器也夠用，聯絡屋主很順利。
很多地方沒打掃乾淨，像廚房檯面、烤箱上都有明顯的一層灰塵，只有客廳有冷氣，兩間房間要各用一台電風扇把客廳冷氣吹進房間。極度缺乏置物區，連掛鉤都沒有，大家的外套只能堆在沙發上，浴室也沒地方掛毛巾，只能大家一起掛在浴缸上方的竿子，雖然有洗衣機但要想辦法找出可以曬衣的空間。因為床很大，所以空間相對小，兩間臥室放不下行李箱，只能放客廳。

Our contact was very responsive and helpful. He answered all of our questions clearly and promptly. He even suggested restaurants and parking options.
The apartment building is a little bit scruffy. It needs upgrading. The apartment itself was very comfortable, spacious and had lots of beds. It was however a little dated and could benefit from some modernisation

Perfect location: 1 minute to the subway and a famous park. Downstair has a 7-11 store. A lot of dishes and cups.
No air conditioner in the room, only one AC in the living room. No tumble dryer. Only one bathroom with toilet, which may cause trouble for 6 people.
