乾淨整潔，廚具齊備，浴室水量可以。
沙發床架有條橫桿，睡覺時很不舒服。 如果客廳能有個椅子會更好。 穿鞋的地方若能有個小椅子，方便年紀大的人穿鞋。

房間寬敞舒適。生活用具一應俱全。離狸小路很近 而且隔壁就一間超市Aeno及7-11超方便的 然後價格很便宜
廁所門的頭上有一台監視器，雖然是照門口，但是還是略感被監視的感覺。然後桌上有一本必讀須知，然後上面寫著破壞什麼多少錢之類的。但是其實也不是每個電器都會使用到，所以即使它壞了我們也不知道。然後不知道為什麼半夜的空調常有別間房間的油煙味飄進來
