隔音超差 只要有人使用溫熱水 電熱水器就產生噪音，實在是住宿一大敗筆.對於住宿許多晚的我們實在是痛苦的經驗

The location was amazing in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the subway station. The apartment was clean and cozy.

We had a truly fantastic stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional cleanliness and overall comfort of the accommodation. The room was very spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent location. Nakajima Koen Subway is within 10 mins walk and convenient. Having a 7-Eleven located directly downstairs was a huge bonus, providing quick and easy access to daily necessities, snacks, and drinks at any time of the day. The service from the team was outstanding. They were highly responsive and attentive to our needs. Whenever we requested refills for daily necessities, the team handled it promptly. Any spoiled or faulty items were fixed quickly and professionally, which made our stay completely stress-free. Overall, this accommodation offers an excellent combination of cleanliness, comfort, space, convenience, and reliable service. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay and would not hesitate to return again. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

It was across a Lawson

We booked a unit with 3 beds for 2 adults and 2 children. Unfortunately they had double booked and we were moved to another unit with two beds instead of the 3 we had paid for. Instead of making up for the mistake, the staff doubled down and insisted that our reservation was for 3 not 4 although we clearly searched and booked for 2 adults and 2 children, and for them reservation for 3 meant only two beds (which is also weird because it assumes only couples travel together). They bluntly ignored our messages and the fact that we had reserved and paid for a unit with 3 beds, and repeated their narrative that our reservation was for 3. The most bizarre of all is that we didn’t really asked for any reparations, all we asked was a sheet for the floor mattress so that we could sleep one of the kids on the floor. But no, they had to fight for a single sheet so that they can charge us for an extra sheet. This is really unprofessional. Of course they are in this for money but the type of behavior we witnessed borders scam. We were planning to extend our stay there but after this interaction we moved out to a hotel.
