犬OKだった
駐車場が敷地内だった
近くに犬可の大きな公園がある
部屋の鍵が鍵穴に入りにくかった。少々コツが必要なのかも。

犬連れだったのですが目の前が河川敷(?)で散歩コースとしては最高でした。
繁華街も近くとても良いリッチでした。
昔の良いマンション的な普通の家な感じでとても落ち着きました。
値段も安く
従業員さんの対応も最小限のメールのやり取りだけでしたが親切で我が家的には満足させていただきました。
歯ブラシはあるもんだと思い行ってしまったので
ない事に気がつき買いに行った事だけですね。
確認ミスの私が悪いのですが笑

コスパ最高で観光先のアクセスも徒歩や車でも
良い場所だと思いました。
照明の電球キレは残念でした。
