Krásné ubytování úplně v centru městečka, přímo pod ubytování jedna restaurace vedle druhé, obchůdky, kousíček u vody, prostě nádhera a povedlo se nám zaparkovat ve veřejné podzemní garáži cca 20 m od ubytování.
Chyběla klimatizace, ale díky větráčkům to šlo zvládnout

Mooi appartement: volledig gerenoveerd en met 4 volwaardige slaapplaatsen.
Het was er bloedheet: er is maar 1 venster op de zuidkant zodat het appartement ‘s avonds maar moeilijk afkoelt. Daarbij ligt het in de drukste straat van Annecy met zeer veel nachtlawaai, zodat je het venster ‘s nachts niet kan laten openstaan. Airco zou hier geen overbodige luxe zijn.

Fantastic location, great facilities in the apartment, short walk to the lake and directly above great restaurants and cafes/bars.
The bedroom was very very warm, we were provided with fans but they just pushed the hot air around. It was very hot outside but the bedroom could have benefitted from air conditioning.

Modern, groß, Betten bequem, easy Ablauf und Kommunikation, alles da was wir brauchten
Leider war es unerträglich warm, schlafen war kaum möglich,
die Top Lage mitten im Restaurant/Bar-Viertel war nachts nachteilig, weil das Fenster aufgrund der Lautstärke bis tief in die Nacht nicht offen stehen konnte (es gibt in Summe nur dieses eine Fenster)
