Location, layout of apartment was lovely
The apartment never cooled down…remained at 30+ degrees our entire stay…definitely requires air conditioning because even with windows open no air circulation!!! Considered leaving first night due to extreme heat in apartment!

Apartamento em bom estado e bem equipado
A localização, que nos pareceu ótima, transformou-se num problema: havia muito barulho até altas horas da noite
e bem cedo de manhã para a montagem das esplanadas, abastecimento dos restaurantes etc

L'échange avec les propriétaires c'est très bien passé, ils nous ont donnés toutes les informations avant l'arrivée c'était parfait. L'appartement est super bien situé, pile au centre, hyper bien placé. L'appartement était propre, conforme aux photos, et le canapé lit était aussi très confortable :)
Nous avons passé un super séjour, rien à dire, je recommande ce logement à Annecy sans problème
Petit bémol, pas d'aération dans la chambre à coucher.. Et dans la chambre il y a des petites fenêtres sur le haut du mur, donc si quelqu'un dort dans la chambre et que quelqu'un va dans la salle de bain la lumière peut réveiller ceux dans la chambre

Toplocatie middenin het centrum en betaalbaar.
Het huis was niet schoon genoeg, echt mega stoffig en vies. Lakens wel gewassen maar niet ‘schoon’ en de onderlakens … bah. Het gewone bed was te zacht, bedbank te hard. Vaatwasser deed het niet en de ventilatie in de badkamer deed het amper.
