great location , let down by maintenance issues which were not fixed

I booked this apartment last year it had a serious issue with damp above tiles , this left a a unpleasant odour in the bathroom. Which I thought would have been fixed. last year. no kettle for heating hot drinks, after a phone call we had one delivered, no hot water for 2 days sent a plumber out to check , his repl it needs new boiler . It spoilt a lovely holiday, you expect faults like this should have been rectified last year

Ok, but would not book this place again for my family.

Easy to walk everywhere in town, you are basically in the heart of Fuengirola. The check in lady was great, I think her name was Jenny. Extra terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy a bit of air. You can make your breakfast as there are a few pans and cutlery.

Dirty inside and not cleaned properly, they need to deep clean this apartment, I don’t think the cleaners get enough time to address all the things that need cleaned and fixed. I complained and asked for refund as I just booked it a couple of hours before as last minute, manager refused and said he will send cleaners which in the end I told him not to, I didn’t want to be bothered. The beds were really uncomfortable. Very very noisy as you are central and windows were thin. 2nd floor apartment with NO lifts! Please be careful when booking!!! We had a toddler with us so not great. This place is for young people looking for fun and central location.

bathroom there was damp on the ceiling, and drainage needs attention bad smell of sewage. I mentioned it to staff and suggested bleach to staff to help to clear it no reply. after flushing toilet loud vibration from pipes which sounded like a helicopter outside, plumbing needs a full overhaul. not forgetting my patio door in bedroom that had a faulty lock.

Property asked what time we would arrive at and we said we would be in area around 2pm, they replied that would be ok. When we landed I text and emailed that we on way. Arrived at 2.20 and no one was there to open up. It was torrential rain so we were getting soaked. Property said they would be there in 5 minutes, to clean property as not ready. Despite numerous phone calls and failed promises we eventually got into property nearly 3 hours after agreed check in time. Awful smell in apartment from drains, single beds poor condition and no internet connection.

couldn’t sleep with the noise outside. if it had triple glazing it would have made a world of difference. it’s a shame because it was a fabulous apartment. There were deliveries being made during the night and also bin lorries making lots of noise. There was 3 of us in the group and we were only given 2 keys which was a major inconvenience for one of us as they always had to be together. No lift in premises so not suitable for older generation. 40 stairs up to apartment. Couldn’t find where to dispose of rubbish so build up of waste in kitchen. Apartment really needs an extra bathroom. Lots of potential on terrace for a bathroom to be built on. Air conditioning would be a wonderful addition in bedrooms.

To be honest, there wasn't anything we didn't like about the property. We had a wonderful stay and everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely book again in the future!

Tuvimos una estancia increíble en Fuengirola! Este es sin duda el mejor apartamento en el que hemos estado. Nos proporcionó un entorno perfecto para una escapada relajante. La chica fue una anfitriona super amable y atenta, siempre asegurándose que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitamos. Incluso hizo un esfuerzo extra al traernos un regalo de bienvenida, que nos hizo sentir como en casa. El apartamento estaba impecable y tenía todo lo que podemos pedir.

DECEPCIONANTE...

Estaba muy bien ubicado, limpio

Las camas no eran de buena calidad, nos dejaron sin aire acondicionado en pleno agosto, apenas funcionaba y se lo comunicamos cordialmente a la casera la cual el trato no fue del bueno satisfactorio, mandó a unos chicos a limpiarlo pero seguía sin funcionar. Por el precio y en pleno agosto, habiendo personas mayores y niños, me parece increíble que no de solución a algo tan importante en verano. Se lo volví a comunicar y ni respondió. Pésima atención. Lo único bueno es la ubicación y que el apartamento aparentemente está bien. Pero calidad precio, no lo recomiendo.
