The open plan was perfect with all the family in one room, whether in the kitchen, eating or just chilling. Weather was great on the Saturday so had a lovely barbecue in the picturesque garden. Bedrooms were big & roomy & great they all had bathroom ensuite. All baby equipment was supplied which made things so easy, including stairgates which was a godsend with a toddler. Overall a fantastic weekend had by all.
The only thing we noticed was, a few cobwebs here & there.

Great location for visiting Harrogate whilst benefiting from a rural setting, perfect for a dog friendly holiday. A lovely spacious property, well equipped and walks from the doorstep.

Large house, three bedrooms with ensuites, ground floor had underfloor heating, clean and well stocked with cutlery and crockery.
