Steps to the Deeded Beach!!!! Private Pool!!! 3 homes down from Creamery!!!

This is our 5th time vacationing in the Santa Rosa beach area, and this was perhaps our favorite property. Proximity to the beach, the walking trail, restaurants, and the private pool made the stay so convenient.The house was as listed. No surprises. Christel was very responsive to my questions. Based on previous comments, I was concerned about how well the house would be stocked (I do ALOT of cooking), but it was adequate. We were there 4 days and didn’t run out of dish or laundry soap. 2 kitchen trash bags provided, which was just enough (although we usually bring a few of our own “just in case” supplies)Being able to walk home from the beach and hop in the pool was a game changer.Highly recommend 10/10

Great location! Steps to the beach, restaurants, creamery and a fun 3-4 mile trip to Seaside by bike or golf cart! We love Santa Rosa beach and have stayed in several homes in this area before. The house was nice. The private pool was great and parking was easy. A few things to note before booking. Bring toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, trash bags, etc. Our 6 night stay only included 2 trash bags.The kitchen had no dish rags or hand towels. The bathrooms had no washcloths. The listing shows it sleeps 14. It does note it only sleeps 12 at the bottom in the notes section. Our family of 11 was tight. There was no sectional or front porch rockers. This is a great location to all things, just be cautious of the above.

We loved the house! Perfect size pool for little ones. Close walk to beach access. Closest access too crowded with private beach signs but short bike ride around the corner to next access way less crowded!

Great location - steps from the beach, restaurants and icecream. But I do want to set expectations before booking… bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, hand soap, trash bags, etc. They had enough to last us 1/2 day or about 2 of each which was a bummer since we all flew in and we didn’t anticipate having to pickup so many household items since it was only 3 nights. There were ant hills all over the backyard and we found water bugs in the house so we also had to pick up ant/spider repellent. This is a great, cost effective option for the proximity to the beach, but I’d be cautious of the above.
