It was perfect in every way! Super clean and within walking distance of a beautiful beach. Appreciated the beach chairs and bikes available to us. A nice, quiet family-oriented community. Lots of great restaurants nearby. It was a great spot for a friends or family getaway!getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this blue mountain beach rental. The house was beautiful and had some nice amenities including tons of beach gear- chairs, floats, stroller, toys. They had 7 bikes to use which were nice for my kids to ride around the gorgeous neighborhood. Loved the full length mirror and lots of bath towels! Kitchen could use a can opener, pasta spoon and bathrooms could use shampoo and conditioner. It’s about 2-3 blocks from the public beach. Be prepared to walk with your beach gear or get dropped off because parking at the beach is VERY limited. Cute beach towns with restaurants and shopping are all very close. Only negatives were no shampoo and conditioner and lots of emails from management (10 in one day). Management said emails were automated. Would be nice to decrease emails and texts. These are minor issues. Overall it is a lovely rental and I would definitely recommend it!

My kids and I (and grandkids) travel to Seaside every summer. We’ve stayed in numerous homes in and around the area. I would say, this particular summer, we were underwhelmed w our accommodations. A clogged shower drain (I fixed), no beach towels (I purchased) no games (I purchased), a lack of living room seating (2 couches and 2 arm chairs are pictured but not present) no extra papertowels/toilet paper/trash bags2 dish towels, 1 dish rag, 1 spatula… Did we have a great time - YES. Was The beach perfect - YES. Will we continue visiting Seaside every summer - YES of course. From a momma/logistics perspective it was just underwhelming. I would like to say we were very pleased w the Santa Clara accessible beach - my grandson is in a wheelchair - and the set up at Santa Clara was really lovely.
