We loved this house! It more than accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of balconies and outdoor areas to escape for a bit of quiet to get some work done. It is a bit of a walk to the beach public access (Blue Mtn is closest, and Ed Walline isn’t too bad if you’re looking to get some steps in), so you might want to consider a golf cart. Mimmo’s is literally right around the corner and a favorite place for our family. (We especially love that we don’t have to make the trip to Destin to get the best Italian food in the area.) Overall it was a fantastic week and everything in the house performed flawlessly. You’ll feel like a king when bathroom and closet lights magically turn on for you. 😀

From the moment we arrived at this stunning house near the breathtaking Blue Mountain Beach in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, we knew we had found our little slice of paradise. The property exceeded all of our expectations, comfortably accommodating our party of 8 adults and 3 kids for an unforgettable week-long getaway.
The community's heated pool was truly a standout feature, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and family fun. We spent countless hours enjoying the soothing warmth, as well as the beautifully landscaped surroundings. The pool area was well-maintained, and it was evident that the community has invested a great deal of care and attention to ensure a remarkable experience for their guests.
Each of the 4 bedrooms was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with its own private bathroom, providing all of us with a comfortable and luxurious retreat after a day spent exploring the beach. The high-quality linens, plush mattresses, and ample storage made it feel like a true home away from home.
The open-concept kitchen and living space were perfect for our large group. The fully-equipped, modern kitchen made meal preparation a breeze, and the large dining table allowed us to share memorable meals together. The living area was inviting and cozy, offering plenty of seating and a large smart TV for movie nights or catching up on our favorite shows.
The property's proximity to the stunning Blue Mountain Beach was a significant advantage. Just a short bike ride or drive away, we had easy access to the pristine white sands and crystal-clear waters of this Florida treasure. The beach was perfect for soaking up the sun, swimming, and building sandcastles with the kids in a serene and picturesque setting.
Our hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the seamless check-in process to their local recommendations, they truly went above and beyond to make our vacation special.
In summary, this rental was a beachside dream come true. The unbeatable location, luxurious amenities, and outstanding hospitality made for an extraordinary family vacation we will cherish forever. We cannot recommend this property highly enough and eagerly await our next visit to this enchanting Blue Mountain Beach oasis.

Loved our stay. Can’t wait to visit again.
Found bike trail to beach just across street from house and up 2 doors. Trail took us to a road that went straight to the beach. 5 minute leisurely bike ride. to beach. Free parking at beach if you prefer to drive. Walk took us about 10 minutes. Beach IS AMAZING! White, almost powdery sand. Bathrooms at beach. House offers beach towels. Cute restaurants, ice cream shop and coffee shop within walking distance.
Community Pool is BEAUTIFUL. We hopped in hot tub and enjoyed its warmth. There were 2 grills, a gas fire pit, lots of lounge chairs and bathrooms at community pool.. Only a 5 minute walk from house.
Weather was a bit chilly this time but was beautiful and sunny for 2 days and rainy for 2 days. It was perfect having such comfortable accommodations on the rainy days. Great lounging on decks/porch, played games in large common area. If we wanted privacy we escaped to our room. All rooms have their own bathroom. Beds are luxurious clouds of comfort. Slept well.
Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Highly recommend. Would absolutely stay here again if opportunity arises.
If you are a Keurig coffee drinker it was easy to get cartridges at the local Publix only 3 miles away.
