PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well-trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

Highland Parks is a terrific 30A community in Blue Mountain Beach, FL between Dune Allen and Gulf Place. Located less than a mile to the beach. Guests will enjoy the community trails to the beach which is about a 15 minute walk or quick bike ride.
ABOUT BLUE MOUNTAIN BEACH on 30A: This area of Scenic 30A draws its name from the blue lupine flowers that sway in the coastal breeze. The "mountain" part of the name comes from fact that the area is home to 30A's highest elevation (a whopping 64 feet). The natural beauty surrounds you with relaxation but there are still some exceptionally good restaurants and even a local ice cream parlor in the area. Bike rides are the norm for this slower paced portion of 30A, and visitors who stay here return year after year to enjoy its charm.

One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hot spot with you. Limited tech support. We enjoyed our time at Shorline! The house was beautiful…better than expected! Beds were like clouds and loved the decor! Close to everything, pool was wonderful, the beach was stunning and I will be back! I would give 10 stars if I could!

We had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. The house was a great size for our family. The kitchen had a couple hang-ups but the property fixed it quickly. The only complaint was that the floors were not clean. Our 1 year old grandson was had dirty legs after crawling on the floor. There were plenty of towels. The rooms were really nice and the house met our needs. Close to the pool and beach. We used the golf cart which was perfect and the bikes. Will definitely visit again. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

We loved most things about the house ( a cpl weird things like no trash cans in bedrooms or bathrooms upstairs(?!), tons of spices in kitchen but no s/p (?!) but the most off putting was i notified mngmt apon arriving that one of the vertical slats in stair railing was completely unattached and we would have a 2yr old that could fall right through it and they said they were on it and I inquired again later

Overall the house was truly amazing. The pool was great, having a golf cart was a great bonus. The location was wonderful as well. We LOVE 30A, and Blue Mt was a nice change of pace while still being close enough to all the other action of 30a. Also the beach access was great.
Some feedback:
Truly not trying to sound critical here, however, there were some things listed that didn’t quite hit the mark.
-Free dolphin cruise was advertised, yet, it was for only one and that was back in San Destin.
-Bikes were advertised, and I even sent a text to confirm. I was told the bikes would be there upon arrival and they were not.
-Wifi was out for 2.5 days of our trip. Not a deal breaker, but all of the TVs were smart TVs and so without wifi we had nothing. Again not terrible, but for 2 of those days communication between us and whoever we spoke to was inconsistent. We were told someone was coming and they never showed. Finally got there on day 3 of the trip and all was well.
-Dishwasher was broken. Again, had inconsistent comm with property management and when someone finally came to fix it, they needed a part.
-Golf cart was a bit slow. This sounds so small, but we were getting passed by other golf carts. Ha.
With all that said, we were given a small refund to make up for some things, very nice gesture.
Truly was a great house and we had a great time.
