Property was nice and neat. The Community Pool was nice and was heated. Any issues we had were taken care with a phone call to property manager.

It was our first time in years to return to the beautiful beaches of north Florida! The lodging was perfect for our size group. Rental company was great at communicating. The house was very nice.

This house is amazing. From the location, the pool, the golf cart usage, the bikes. It has everything you need. They have tons of fun games, beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen. An excellent place to get away and relax. Right near the beach, ice cream shop, AMAZING bakery, Cowgirl Kitchen. Our favorite thing was getting up in the morning, jumping in the golf cart and heading out to explore. Very much recommend this house.

Great house and location. Golf cart was a huge plus. House was left a little dirty, had very little/no starter amenities. Bike was very dangerous, rusted with metal pieces sticking out.
Property manager was easy to contact, quick response.
We would stay here again, but come more prepared
