BR #3 - QS bedroom upstairs with wall mounted flatscreen - shares bath with Bunks
BR #4 - 2 sets of Bunks which share Bath with QS BR. Dual vanity
Also QS Sleeper Sofa in LR - for 2 people with Powder Room Bath on Main Level
MINUTES TO 3 BEACH ACCESSES:
1) 1/2 mile to beach access by the Famous Ice Creamery Shop on 30-A
2) 1/2 mile to access by Goatfeathers Restaurant at Blue Mtn Beach, and
3) another 1/2 mile to the Gulf Place / Shunk Gulley Beach Access called Ed Waline Beach Access. Car and golf cart parking at all 3 beach accesses above.
In addition to the closest beach accesses above, we branch out a mile or two further to visit our favorite beach sites: Grayton Beach State Park, and you must get there early. Or the public beach access called Fort Panic Beach Access is amazing, which is wide, has lifeguards, restrooms, and room for small beach tents.

This home is beautiful. The owners are amazing. Location,amenities and aesthetics with this property is wonderful. Our family of ten were so comfortable here. If you are a porch sitter, you will love this home, front and back porch are the best. Open kitchen,dining, living area is very spacious. Our group of 10 easily fit hanging out, cooking, having dinner, and playing games. Pool was literally steps away from the house. Very nice pool area. Neighborhood was very cute, enjoyed riding bikes and walking through the neighborhood. Very close to the walk/bike path on the main road, my husband and I enjoyed walking this each day as well. Two convenient stores within a bike ride, and other little shops. We have two full size trucks and a small car, parking was tight for these 3 vehicles, but we made it work. Owners are very available for questions and corcerns, very sweet people. Beds were comfortable. My kids said the primary bath shower is life charging, Lol. So check that out. My only advice on things you may want to bring, if you are someone who likes heavier blankets, bring your own, all beds have light blankets, which we didn't mind. Close to beach access. Great experience!!

10/10This home is perfect for a family, couples, or any group of 12! The hosts are the absolute best, great communication, check-ins and all the perks to ensure you have a great stay! This is our 2nd stay at this home and we’re looking forward to retuning in March!

The property was just like the pictures. There was enough room for 6 adults and 6 kids. Hosts were very helpful and everyone in the area was really nice. We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool and the house is only a few steps away from it.
